Subscriptions are billed through your iTunes Account. You can choose between weekly, monthly, or yearly plans. Prices are clearly displayed within the app before confirmation.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If you re-install the app or change devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings to re-activate your premium features without paying again.
